Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), this notice explains the scope in which we process your personal data through this website.
Data controller
The data controller is Sedes Yazılım Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (Kadıköy, Istanbul). "We" in this notice refers to that company.
Personal data processed
Data is processed only when you complete the contact form and when you visit the site:
- The name, email address, organisation (optional), subject and message you provide in the contact form
- Your IP address when you submit the form — solely to prevent abuse
- Web server access logs (IP address, date and time, requested address, browser information)
Purposes of processing
- To respond to your enquiry and continue the correspondence where necessary
- To prevent automated abuse of the form (submission rate limiting)
- To maintain server and site security and to diagnose faults
Legal basis
Contact form data is processed on the basis of the explicit consent you give when submitting the form (KVKK art. 5/1). IP addresses and server logs are processed under our legitimate interest in maintaining security (KVKK art. 5/2-f).
International transfer
Your contact form message is delivered through our email infrastructure, SendGrid (Twilio Inc., United States). This constitutes a transfer of your personal data abroad and relies on the explicit consent you give when submitting the form.
The servers hosting this site are located in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH, European Union).
Apart from these two service providers, your data is not shared with third parties, sold, or used for marketing.
Retention
- Your form message is delivered by email; it is not additionally stored in a database.
- The IP entry in the abuse-prevention counters is kept for at most 24 hours and deleted automatically.
- Server access logs are kept for as long as technically necessary.
- Correspondence in our mailbox is retained for as long as the communication requires.
Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it is, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request its erasure or destruction, and to claim compensation if processing was unlawful.
